HomeMy WebLinkAboutAgenda Report - July 7, 2004 E-06AGENDA STEM E64 &ft CITY OF LODI COUNCIL COMMUNICATION TM AGENDA TITLE: Accept Improvements under Contract for Lodi Parks K Recreation Lighting Retrofit Project, 111 North Stockton Street MEETING DATE: July 7, 2004 PREPARED BY: Parks and Recreation Director RECOMMEND ACTION: That the City Council accepts the improvements under contract for the Lodi Parks and Recreation Lighting Retrofit Project, 111 North Stockton Street contract. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The project was awarded to Eagle Electric, of Aubum, on April 7, 2004, in the amount of $14,675.00. The contract has been completed in substantial conformance with the plans and specifications approved by the City Council. The contract completion date was June 1, 2004. The final contract price was $14,675.00. The work consisted of retrofitting two commercial suites owned and maintained by the City of Lodi inside the Parks and Recreation Annex Building. The two suites are currently occupied by Mojica's Batting Cages and Jazzercise of Lodi.
