BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Public improvements at 715 South Guild Avenue have been completed in substantial conformancewith the requirements Cf the Improvement Agreement between the City of Lodi and Joseph C. Hohenriederand Mary Clydene Hohenrieder, as approved by the City Council on July 7,2004, and as shown on Drawings No. 001D098 and 001 D099. The developers are entitled to reimbursement by the City for the installation of excess width street pavement improvements in IndustrialWay in conformance with LMC 15.64 Development Impact Mitigation Fees and 16.40 Reimbursements for Construction. No new public streets were dedicated as part of this project. FISCAL IMPACT: There will be a slight increase in long term maintenance cost FUNDING AVAILABLE: Not applicable. i 'l Richard C. That all requirements of the Improvement Agreement between the City of Lodi and Joseph C. Hohenrieder and Mary Clydene Hohenrieder for the public improvements of 715 South Guild Avenue have been substantially complied with. The improvements are shown on Drawing Nos. 001 D098 and 001 D099, on file in the Public Works Department. Public Works Director The City Council of the City of Lodi, at its meeting on April 20, 2005, accepted the public improvements that were made in the subject project. Enclosed for your files is a copy of the resolution accepting the public improvements. From the date of the resolution, the City of Lodi will maintain the street and other public improvements installedwithin rights-of-wayand public utility easements as shown on the approved plans. The enclosed letter has been sent to your bank so the Instrument of Credit covering faithful performance can be exonerated. The Instrument of Credit covering labor and materials must remain in effect for a period of ninety days from the date of the resolution, in conformance with State law.
