BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The Soroptimist International of Lodi Sunrise donated $4250.00 toward the purchase of new playground equipment for Blakely Park. The Lodi Tokay Rotary donated $2580.00 toward the purchase of materials for the Ron Williamson Youth Area sign project. The Lodi Association of Realtors, Inc. donated $2615.00 toward the purchase of new park name signs for Blakely Park and Legion Park. The Lodi Lions Club has agreed to donate $3880.00 toward the purchase of new trash receptaclesfor Legion Park and $4152.00 toward the purchase of engineered wood fibar for Emerson Park, Henry Glaves Park and Legion Park. Staff has worked with the above-mentioned groups on the projects listed and recommendsthe acceptance and appropriation of the donations.
