(Adopt) Lodi Municipal Code Title 3 – Revenue and Finance – by Adding Chapter 3.30, ‘Special
Transaction and Use Tax for Parks Repairs, Maintenance, Improvements, and Upgrades,’
Imposing a Special One-Eighth Cent per Dollar (0.125%) Transactions and Use Tax for
Park Repairs, Maintenance, Improvements, and Upgrades to be Collected and Administered
by the State Board of Equalization Subject to Voter Approval”
Ord. b) Ordinance No. 1926 Entitled, “An Ordinance of the Lodi City Council Amending
(Adopt) Lodi Municipal Code Title 3 – Revenue and Finance – by Adding Chapter 3.40, ‘Special
