On behalf of the Lodi City Council and the citizens of this community, please
accept our condolences on your recent loss. We were very sorry to hear of
Howard's illness, and will certainly miss his contributions to the City. As an
active member of the Site Plan and Architectural Review Committee, Howard
volunteered a great deal of his time and energy in serving the Lodi City Council
and in representing and fostering the quality of life and beautification of our
community,
As you reflect on the many contributions Howard made, I hope you will feel
touched and gratify by the impact and the difference he made in serving as a
member of the Site Plan and Architectural Review Committee (SPARC).
We thank you for sharing this wonderful man with us, and we wish you good
memories, peaceful times, and God's blessings.
Sincerely,
