II is a continuation of the asphalt pathway meandering along the
waters edge and mature trees of the west rank, north towards the Woodbridge Cemetery, over the west
bank into the undeveloped 13 acre parcel out towards Lower Sacramento Road in Woodbridge.
Plans and specifications and authorization of bids had been approved by the City Council at their regular

$140,000.00 from Measure K funds: $163,000.00 from Transportation Enhancement funds; $00,000.00
from Parks and Recreation Capital funds; and $30,000.00 from the Electric utility Street Lighting
