The purpose of the Program is to allow an employee or a member of the �City Council to direct the City of to remit a portion of the salary payable pursuantto city ordinance or resolution to charitable, educational, governmental, or other purposes for which non-profit mutual benefit corporations are organized, gectlon Six.
