RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council accept the it under the Lo di Lake
Handicap Accessible Bicycle/Pedestrian Corridor Project — Phase ll, 1101
W. Turner Road contract.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION- The project was awarded to A -M, Stephens Construction, of Lodi, on
February 5, 2003, in the amount of $192,745.00. The contract has
been completed in substantial conformance with the plans and
specifications approved by the City Council.
The contract completion date was July 21, 2003, and the actual completion date was July 21, 2003. The
final contract price was $192,745.00. Following acceptance by the. City Council, the City Engineer will
file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder's office.

Community Development Block Grant $100,000

Electric Utilities "Lighting in Public Places Program" $ 21,750
