RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council accept the improvements under Type 11 Polymer
Modified Slurry Seal, Various City Streets, 2003 contract.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The project was awarded to California Pavement Maintenance
Company, Inc,, of Sacramento, on June 23, 2003, in the amount of
$58,165.60 for 966,206 square feet of application. The contract
has been completed in substantial conformance with the
specifications approved by the City Council.
The contract completion date was August 22, 2001 The final contract price was $58,165.60. Following
acceptance, the City Engineer will file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder's Office.
FUNDING: Budgeted Fund: Street Operating Budget
