BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The City Clerk's Office received a letter of resignation (filed) from East Side Improvement Committee member, R. J. Hutton. It is, therefore, recommended that the City Council direct the City Clerk to post for the vacancy below. East 2W ftqgLqveMont Comm! R. J. The East Side Improvement Committee meets at 5:00 p.m. on the 1 Bt Tuesday of each month at the Parks and Recreation Annex and consists of 9 members, each serving 3 -year terms. Applications are now being accepted to fill one (1) vacancy on the East Side Improvement Committee for a 2 -year term, which expire on March 1, 2005.
