Subject: Salvation Army conrd
I am told that the person to contact about applying for Community Center funds is
Western Territorial Commander, Linda Bond, Commissioner of the Salvation
Army. If you search by Google, you will find lots of references.
San Jose and Oakland are lobbying at the mayor and Assembly level -- Jerry
Brown, Ron Gonzalez, Assemblyman Don Perata, etc. It sounds like nothing has
been decided yet, and it is not too late to get in line.
