BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Two terms on the Site Pian and Architectural Review Committee are due to expire in January 2004. It is, therefore, recommended that the City Council direct the City Clerk to post for the expiring terms below. Site Plea and Architectural Review gommiffee Donald P. Kundert Term to expire January 1, 2004 Roger Stafford Term to expire January 1, 2004 State statute requires that the City Clerk post for vacancies to allow citizens interested in serving to submit an application. The deadline to file an application of interest in reappointment for the current recruitment process is Monday, February 9, 2004 at 5:00 p.m. in the City Clerk's Office. SPARC meets at 5:15 p.m. on the 1$` and 3rd Mondays of each month at the Carnegie Forum, and consists of 5 members, each serving 4 -year terms. Applications are now being accepted to fill two (2) vacancies on SPARC. Both are 4 -year terms which expire on January 1, 2008. Applications may be obtained from the City Clerk's office at 221 W. Pine St., 2nd floor. For more information call 333-6702, or access the City's Web site at www.lodi.gov. Appointments to the committee will be made by the Mayor with Council approval. Note: You must be registered to vote in the City of Lodi at the time of application. If appointed, you will be required to complete a Statement of Economic Interest.
