Bids were opened on March 6, 1991. A summary of the bids received and of the evalua- tion are shown on Exhibit A. These transformers will be used to support the Electric Utility Depart- ment's ongoing PCB transformer replacement program. FUNDING: The total cost of this purchase is $57,620.34, with funding available in the Electric Utility Department's operating fund. Henry J. Rice Electric Utility Director 00 APPRQVED: THOMAS A.
