HomeMy WebLinkAboutAgenda Report - April 3, 1991 (64)CITY OF LODI COUNCIL COMMUNICATION AGENDA TITLE: Improvement Agreement for 1020 South Beckman Road, Lodi, California MEETING DATE: April 3, 1991 PREPARED BY: Public Works Director RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council approve the Improvement Agreement for 1020 South Beckman Road, site of a proposed automobile dealership, and direct the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the agreement on behalf of the City. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Geweke Family Trust, the developers of this parcel, have furnished the City with the improvement plans, the necessary agreements, guarantees, insurance certificates, and fees for the proposed development. Improvement fees referenced in the Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding Public Improvement Fees dated July 11, 1990 and recorded January 18, 1991 as Instrument No. 91005640, San Joaquin County Records, are being deferred until a Certificate of Occupancy is requested for this project. This development is located south of Vine Street immediately adjacent to the southerly boundary of C -Basin as shown on Exhibit A and contains a total of one light -industrial lot.
