ANNOUNCEMENT OF EAST SIDE IMPROVEMENT COMMITTEE'S PENNY CAMPAIGN
Joanne Mounce, representing the East Side Improvement
Committee, 512-1/2 East Tokay Street, Lodi, announced to
the City Council that it is holding a fundraiser on January
15, 1994 called "Penny Campaign". The theme is "It only
takes a penny to clean up our City", and their goal is to
reach one million pennies. Citizens were encouraged to
drop off their pennies at Aldee Market, 216 North Cherokee
Lane.
