BACKGROUND INFORMATION: At several past City Council meetings, the City Clerk was directed to post for vacancies on various Boards and Commissions. I would ask that Council, by motion action, concur with the appointments to the following various Boards and Commissions: EAST SIDE IMPROVEMENT COMMITTEE - Rita Rott *Currently the East Side Improvement Committee is going through some structural changes. The Bylaws provide that any member who misses three or more meetings may be removed from the Committee; therefore, applications are being screened more carefully to ensure that the applicant wants to participate in this Committee. Further, the East Side Improvemant Committee is taking a look at the size of the 15 member Committee. There are :jrrently two vacancies remaining. on this Committee.
