Glenn, Assistant City Manager RECOMMENDED ACTION: The City Council set for public hearing the issue of unmet transit needs, Wednesday, December 15, 1993 , 10:00 a.m. Senior Information Center Hutchins Street Square 7:00 p.m. Council Chambers BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Each year the City must conduct a public hearing to ascertain if there are unmet transit needs. This year, as in the past, we are recommending that an administrative hearing be held in the morning at a time convenient to the elderly and a formal hearing before the City Council.
