Mr. Cantrell indicated that several of the downtown business owners were. present, and that at the Monday night`, nesting :;of.;the :Lodi Downtown Business Association they -tried -to Dame -up with . viable ways of raising revenue to '- imprave . the _business .' climate of Lodi. He also commented that when fees are raised, they should benefit the business community that pays the fees and indicated that the Lodi Downtown Business Association passed a simple. The LDBA increase business supports the allocation of a major portion of business license: fees to the improvement of the climate in the city of Lodi. 3. The LDBA supports the deliberate and planned distribution of funds from increased business license fees in an equitable fashion to improve the livibility and business climate of Lodi.
