Ri7 MiE4'DED ACTION: That the City Council adopt the attached Resolution (see
EXHIBIT 9) approving fee schedule for the rental/lease of
City property at the Stadium (Grape bowl).
E-41:KSROUN:) INFORMATION: For a number of years the Parks and Recreation Director.
when called on to rent ;,_ lease the Stadium (Grape
Bowl) to a wide variety ^.f users, would basically set
t:'ne fee at general costs ( labor) plus percentages tt,at
the event or activity could possibly generate. In a conversation with the City
Manager, he indicated that for everyone's benefit we should stat a fee schedule
eccom odate these uses in the future.

Ana because of the many likenesses of their uses and/or facilities, 1 have
de:, -eloped the following, fee schedule. ..1._ch also calls on negotiation and
latitude but with a basic guide as to fee, to direct the Direc;:or cr his
assigned in putting together contracts/agreements now and in the future.
In the last two years. the Siadiam has income a very likely place tor special

For this purpose only - $250 per day.
Will be negotiated between event sponsor and
Parks and Recreation Dirp'-tor/City of Lodi with
Council approval required.
The first time a group/organization, private,
commercial, etc., uses our facility, the City's
insurance will be required. The next year, the
organizers may attempt to use their insurance
and be given 30 days prior to the event to the
City with an acceptable insurance certificate
with required language and limits OR said
lessee will be required to again use City
insurance.
