Parks and Recreation Director Ri7 MiE4'DED ACTION: That the City Council adopt the attached Resolution (see EXHIBIT 9) approving fee schedule for the rental/lease of City property at the Stadium (Grape bowl). E-41:KSROUN:) INFORMATION: For a number of years the Parks and Recreation Director. when called on to rent ;,_ lease the Stadium (Grape Bowl) to a wide variety ^.f users, would basically set t:'ne fee at general costs ( labor) plus percentages tt,at the event or activity could possibly generate. The first time a group/organization, private, commercial, etc., uses our facility, the City's insurance will be required.
