BACKGROUND INFORMATION: At its regular meeting of February 6, 1991 the City Council took action to establish an Ad Hoc Transportation Committee with representatives from various organizations and segments of the community. Councilmember Pennino was appointed by Mayor Hinchman to serve as the City Council's representative to that committee. At this writing the appointments to this committee have not been solidified, but they may be by Wednesday night's meeting.
