Sincerely, , .7 Gloria Siglieri Clerk of the Board Attachment: Official Notice NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY RESOURCE CONSERVATION DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the San Joaquin County Resource Conservation District (RCD) will hold a public hearing to consider the COUNTYWIDE RCD REORGANIZATION including annexation to the San Joaquin County RCD and detachment of San Joaquin County RCD territory within cities. 1. Proceedings were initiated by resolution of the San Joaquin County RCD and submitted to the San Joaquin Local Agency Formation Commission. 2. The boundaries of the subject territory are: all portions of the unincorporated area within San Joaquin County which is not now within the District, excluding cities. Maps of the affected areas are available upon request from the RCD at (209)946-6229. 3. The proposed terms and conditions are: none. 4. The short-term designation of the proposal is: Countywide RCD Reorganization. 5. The reasons for the proposal are: to extend RCD services countywide. 6. The Clerk has fixed Thursday, March 21, 1991 at the hour of 1:30 pm 2283 W. March Ln. (Red Lobster Inn), Stockton, California as the date, time, and place the Board of Directors will hear and receive testimony, objections or evidence which is made, presented or filed. 7. Any registered voter residing within the territory or any owner of land within the territory who wishes to file written protest against this reorganization by written communication filed with the Clerk, which must be filed not later than the conclusion of the hearing. Each written protest must sate whether it is made by a landowner or a registered voter and must indicate the name and address of the owner of land affected and the street address or other description sufficient to identify the location of the land, or the name and address of the registered voter as it appears on the-- affidavit heaffidavit of registration.
