BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The contract was awarded to Clark Well Inc. of Stockton on on November 7, 1990 in the amount of $89,495.00. The contract has been completed in substantial conformance with the plans and specifications approved by the City Council. The contract completion date was February 12, 1991. The final contract price was $89,070.20.
