HomeMy WebLinkAboutAgenda Report - February 6, 1991 (108)CITY OF LODI COUNCIL COMMUNICATION PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT TO: City Council FROM: City Manager MEETING DATE: February 6, 1991 AGENDA TITLE: Acceptance of Improvements Under Church Street Overlay, Tokay Street to Chestnut Street, Contract RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council accept the improvements under the Church treet verlay, Tokay Street to Chestnut Street" contract, and direct the Public Works Director to file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder's office. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The contract was awarded to Claude C. Wood Company of Lodi on eptem er 9, 1990, in the amount of $92,488.20. The contract has been completed in substantial conformance with the plans and specifications approved by the City Council. The contract completion date was December 5, 1990, and the actual completion date was December 5, 1990. The final contract price was $89,185.07.
