BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The following communication was received between the dates of January 17, 1991 and January 29, 1991. J 3a From, Mr. Jerry Pokert, 928-B Black Diamond Way, Lodi. At its meeting of January 14, 1991, the Lodi City Planning Commission denied the request of Mr. Jerry Pokert for a Use Permit for a temporary travel trailer to be used for security purposes at 928 Black Diamond Way in an area zoned M-2, Heavy Industrial. Mr. Pokert has appealed this decision pursuant to Section 17.72.110 of the Lodi Municipal Code. REIMCHE City Clerk BOB McNATT City Attorney At its meeting of Monday, January 14, 1991 the Lodi City Planning Commission denied your request for a Use Permit for a temporary travel trailer to be used for security purposes at 928 Black Diamond Way in an area zoned M-2, Heavy Industrial. Section 17.72.110 of the Lodi Municipal Code provides: "Appeal to City Council. Any applicant or person claiming to be directly an adversely affected by any action of the Planning Commission may, within five days (working days), after the action, file a written appeal with the City Clerk for transmittal to the City Council." Your appeal, if any, must be in writing and should be addressed to Alice M. Reimche, City Clerk, P.O. Box 3006, Lodi, California 95241-1910.
