The Old Lodi Union High School Site Foundation continues to build
the City *s Community ' Center at Hutchins Street Square with a
donation of $50,000. This action was approved at a meeting of the
Board today.
This contribution should be applied towards the construction debt
of the Fine Arts Facility which was dedicated to the community in
August, 1987 at a cost of $750,000.
This recent. contribution by the Foundation reduces the debt to
$200,000.
This action by the Foundation Board follows on the heels of a
$161,000 contribution last November to meet a shortfall of the $3
million Senior Complex which opened last spring.
