BACKGROUND INFORMATION: At the last regular City Council meeting, Councilmembers received a memo from Mayor Hinchman requesting assistance in the naming of individuals to serve on the City's Solid Waste Management Task Force. Several citizens have come forward to volunteer their services. The Mayor has reviewed the list and will be prepared to make the appointments, with City Council concurrence, at Wednesday night's meeting. Respectfully submitted, Thomas A.
