HomeMy WebLinkAboutAgenda Report - August 4, 1993 (35)4 • CITY OF LODI COUNCIL COMMUNICATION 4 AGENDA TITLE: Final Map and Improvement Agreement for Century Meadows Three Unit No. 2, Tract No. 2614 MEETING DATE: AUGUST 4, 1993 PREPARED BY: Public Works Director RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council approve the final map for Century Meadows Three Unit No. 2, Tract No. 2614, appropriate Development Impact Mitigation Fee funds to cover the oversize water mains, and direct the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the Improvement Agreement and map on behalf of the City. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Pacific Valley Housing Corporation, the de.eloper of this subdivision, has furnished the City with the improvement plans, necessary agreements, guarantees, insurance certificates, and fees for the proposed subdivision. The subdivision is located south of the Century Meadows Three Unit No. 1 subdivision at Cer`ury Boulevard and Mills Avenue as shown on attached Exhibit A, and contains a total of 48 single-family residential lots.
