Contest open to residents of the City of Lodi; entry must be the original creative work of the entrant. . 2. Entries may be in any media that reproducible. 3. All entries must be mounted on an 18" x 24" display board; foam core is preferred. 4. Name, address and telephone number of entrance must be permanently attached to the back of the entry; one entry per person. 5. Entries must be delivered to Hutchins Street Square by 5 p.m. on Thursday, April 15, 1993. All entries become the property of the Lodi Arts Commission and will not be returned. 6. Six finalists wil! be chosen by a committee of the Lodi Arts Commission. Entries will be judged on concept with the Lodi Arts Commission retaining the right to technically enhance the original design for reproduction. Finalists works will appear in an issue of the Lodi News Sentinel and be on display in the Fine Arts Building at Hutchins Street Square from April 15 to April 30, 1993. 7. The winning entry shall be chosen by the Lodi Arts Commission and announced at a press conference on April 30, 1993. 8 . Awards: Mr. & Mrs. Stan Kirst will present $1,000 United States Savings Bond to the winning entrant. The second runner-up will be awarded a $100.00 savings bond and the remaining finalists will each receive a $50.00 savings bond. 9.
