The General Plan Amendment is from PR, Planned Residential to LDR, Low Density Residential, and the Prezoning from San Joaquin County AU -20 to R-2, Single Family Residential. The request also includes a recommendation that the City Council certify Negative Declaration ND -02-04 as adequate environmental documentation for the project and initiate annexation of the properties into the City MEETING DATE: October 16, 2002 PREPARED BY: Mark Meissner, Associate Planner RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council set a Public Hearing for November 6, 2002, to consider the Planning Commission's recommendation of approval to the City Council for a General Plan Amendment and Prezoning for 1243, 1301, 1335, & 1477 East Harney Lane.
