BACKGROUNDN%X)RMATION: On October 5, 1994, the City Council approved specifications and authorized advertisement for bids for this cable. Some of the developments "-here this cable is required are Sunwcst Plaza, Johnson Ranch 3. Century Meadows and 2, Towne Ranch 2 and 3, Lodi West 2. and the Big 5 Sporting Goods store. Cable installations arc also scheduled for the Industrial Substation, and for the Washington Street/Poplar Street project.
