BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Pursuant to a telphone call from the committee. the City Clerk's office was notified of the following two resignations from the East Side Improvement Committee: Lodi East Side improvement Committee Saleem Kahn Rita Rott There is no need for the City Council to take action on these resignations. due to the fact that this will bring the current membership to 9 as it is written in the committee's bylaws since it downsized from 15 to 9 members.
