HomeMy WebLinkAboutAgenda Report - April 6, 1994 (81)* OP ciTr of LoDi COUNCIL COMMUNICATION AGENDA TITLE: Final Map and Improvement Agreement for Century Meadows Three Unit No. 3, Tract No. 2627 MEETING DATE: April 6. 1994 PREPARED BY: Public Works Director RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council approve the final map for Century Meadows Three - Unit No. 3, Tract No. 2627, and direct the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the Improvement Agreement and map on behalf of the City. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: First Colony - Lodi L.P., a California limited partnership, developer of this subdivision, has furnished the City with the improvement plans, necessary agreements, guarantees, insurance certificates, and fees for the proposed subdivision. The subdivision is located south of the Century Meadows Three Units No. 1 and 2 subdivisions at Century Boulevard and Mills Avenue as shown on the attached Exhibit A, and contains a total of 29 single-family residential lots.
