BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The City of Lodi received a Notice of Application from
SuperShuttle of San Francisco, Inc. to the California Public
Utilities Commission (CPUC) for authority to provide on-call,
door-to-door passenger stage service between Sacramento Metropolitan Airport and places in the
Counties of Sacramento, Yuba, Nevada, Sutter, Butte, Placer, EI Dorado, San Joaquin, Yolo and Solano.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION
SuperShuttle of San Francisco, Inc. ("SuperShuttle")
has applied to the California Public Utilities Commission for
authority to provide on-call, door-to-door passenger stage
service between Sacramento Metropolitan Airport (SMA), on the one
hand, and points and places in the Counties of Sacramento, Yuba,
Nevada, Sutter, Butte, Placer, E1 Dorado, San Joaquin, Yolo, and
Solano. In addition, SuperShuttle has requested authority to
establish zones of rate freedom within which the fares for such
service will be set. The first passenger fares for service to
and from SMA would be within zones of rate freedom having lower
boundaries ranging from $9 to $87 and upper boundaries ranging
from $15 to $93 depending on,the points served. The proposed
service would be provided using SuperShuttle's existing fleet of
vans and in accordance with the existing rules, terms, and
conditions for on-call service set forth in SuperShuttle's
tariff.

upon written request made to SuperShuttle's attorneys as follows:
