BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The contract was awarded to Northwestern Carbon of Redding on April 5, 1995, in the amount of $38,940. The contract has been completed in substantial conformance with the plans and specifications approved by the City Council. The contract completion date was June 14, 1995, and the actual completion date was May 17, 1995. The final contract price was $38,940.
