HAYS City Attorney On behalf of the City of Lodi, 1 am writing this letter in support of the San Joaquin Council of Governments' proposal to host a Grassroots Coordinator in their offices located in Stockton on behalf of the Central Valley Division of the California League of Cities. The San Joaquin Council of Government is a regional partner and collaborator for San Joaquin County's seven incorporated cities, the County of San Joaquin, and beyond.
