AGENDA TITLE: Presentation of Donation to City of Lodi Parks and Recreation Department's
Youth Financial Aid Program by Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar

RECOMMENDED ACTION: That Mayor Mann accept a donation from Applebee's Neighborhood Grill
& Bar.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: On September 30, 1995 Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar
held a grand opening celebration. All proceeds from drink
purchases were to be donated to the Parks and Recreation
Department's financial aid program for youth.
David Knox, part owner of Applebee's, will be in attendance to present a check in the amount of
$5,000 to Mayor Mann to be used for disadvantaged youth to participate in Parks and Recreation
programs.
FUNDING: None.
