HomeMy WebLinkAboutAgenda Report - September 6, 1995 (74)oF� CITY OF LODI COUNCIL COMMUNICATION AGENDA TITLE: Acceptance of Improvements Under "Type II Slurry Seal, Various City Streets, 1995" Contract MEETING DATE: September 6, 1995 PREPARED BY: Public Works Director RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council accept the improvements under "Type II Slurry Seal, Various City Streets, 1995" contract, and direct the City Engineer to file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder's office. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The City Council awarded the contract to California Pavement Maintenance Company, Inc. on July 19, 1995, in the amount of $32,715.55. The contract has been completed in substantial conformance with the specifications approved by the City Council. The contract completion date was August 17, 1995, and the actual completion date was August 17, 1995. The final contract price was $32,715.55. There was no difference between the contract amount and the final contract price.
