PETERSON City Manager CC -1 InterOffice Memo I y., 1 AA J 1 To: Jackie Taylor -6 r From: James B. Schroeder Date: April 26, 1995 Subject: Appointment of Political Advisory Committee (PAC) Member It has come to my attention that San Joaquin County's records indicate that Randy Snider is still the City's PAC representative. Would you please consider this a request to have the mayor appoint another member of the City Council to the PAC. The Political Advisory Committee is a body made up of elected officials from each municipality in the county as well as a member of the county board of supervisors. The PAC is responsible for reviewing and advising on activities related to Federal funds the county receives through the CDBG and HOME programs. For example, the PAC might decide to establish county -wide objectives for the program or decide to review accomplishments under the program. In any case, the City is currently without representation on the committee. Please advise me on how long it will take for a new member to be appointed so I can inform county staff. Thank you for your help. yrrr 101wZ1y1r STEPHEN J. MANN, Mayor DAVID P. WARNER Mayor Pro Tempore RAY G. DAVENPORT PHILLIP A. PENNINO JACK A. SIEGLOCK CITY OF LODI CITY HALL, 221 WEST PINE STREET P.O.
