AGENDA TITLE: Program Supplement to State -Local Transportation Partnership Program
Agreement No. SLTPP-5154 for Almond Drive Street Improvements,
Stockton Street to Cherokee Lane
MEETING DATE: May 3, 1995

RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council adopt a resolution approving Program Supplement
No. 009 to State -Local Agreement No. SLTPP-5154 for street
improvements on Almond Drive, Stockton Street to Cherokee Lane.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: This Program Supplement partially funds the Almond Drive,
Stockton Street to Cherokee Lane, street improvement project
under the State -Local Transportation Partnership Program as
provided in Section 2600, et seq., of the Streets and Highways
Code. Under this Program, the City will receive approximately 19.35% of the construction cost of this
project up to a maximum of $15,093. The matching funds for this project are Measure K funds
approved in the 1994/95 Street Capital Improvement Budget.
This project is expected to go to bid shortly.

A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL
APPROVING THE PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 009 TO STATE -LOCAL
TRANSPORTATION PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM AGREEMENT
NO. SLTPP-5154 FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS ON ALMOND
DRIVE, STOCKTON STREET TO CHEROKEE LANE
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lodi City Council hereby approves the Program
Supplement No. 009 to State Local Transportation Partnership Program Agreement No.
SLTPP-5154 for Almond Drive Street Improvements, Stockton Street to Cherokee Lane;
and
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City.
