Mr Youssefi addressed all concerns put forth by this commission regarding parking, screening of residents, age and economic qualifying of residents, and size of apartments planned - we were favorably impressed with his proposals as well as his willingness to construct an attractive, safe, affordable dwelling for seniors. We are all aware of the increased need for affordable senior housing in Lodi and feel confident of Mr. Youssefi's commitment to building a quality apartment complex in the Lodi Hotel, which will fit in with the downtown revitalization plan as well as provide much needed housing to Lodi's increasing senior population. The Lodi Senior Citizens Commission encourages the City Planners as well as the downtown merchants to work closely with Mr. Youssefi to bring this project to completion. Thank you for your continued interest in quality of lire for Lodi's senior citizens. Sincerely, The Lodi Senior Citizens Commission CC: Lodi Downtown Business Association Central City Revitalization Task Force 125 S. HUTCHINS STREET, SUITE B / LODI, CA 95240 / 209-369-6921
