MEETING DATE: November 15, 1995 PREPARED BY: Community Development Director RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council set a Public Hearing for December 6, 1995 to consider adopting the Uniform Codes as approved by the State of California. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The following Uniform Codes have been approved by the State of California and are being recommended to the City Council for adoption: FUNDING: None Required JB SAw APPROVED: 1.
