AGENDA TITLE: Report of the Sale of Surplus Property

RECOMMENDED ACTION: Information only. This report of the sale of surplus city
property is made to the City Council in accordance with
Lodi Municipal Code Section 2.12.120.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: On August 21, 1995, the City Manager authorized the sale
at auction of one 1974 Ford F100 Pickup, VIN
F10GRU03166, formerly used by the Parks Department.
The vehicle was sold on October 7 by the Modesto auction company of Ernst and Associates,
generating revenue for the City of $450.
