AGENDA TITLE: Approve Salary Increases for Confidential Employees
MEETING DATE: October 4, 1995
SUBMITTED BY: Personnel Director
RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council authorize adjustment to the salary
of Confidential employees as shown in Schedule A,
effective the beginning of the pay period following July 1,
1995, July 1, 1996 and July 1, 1997.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: At the City Council's direction, six employees
were negotiated out of the General Services
bargaining unit. The City Council has
traditionally granted this group of employees the
same increases granted comparable positions in the
General Services Unit.
In the closed session held on Tuesday, September 19, 1995 the city Council authorized
adjustments to these employees to maintain their same relationship with comparable
classifications in the General Services Unit.
Council, therefore, is requested to authorize the attached salary schedule for confidential
employees.

A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING SALARY SCHEDULES FOR CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES
RESOLVED, that the Lodi City Council does hereby authorize adjustment to the salary of
Confidential employees as shown in Schedule A, effective the beginning of the pay period following
July 1, 1995, July 1, 1996 and July 1, 1997.
