for bids for one Jacobsen SV -3422 turf truck for the Parks Division.

accident that left one Cushman vehicle inoperable. The Parks

and has a tighter turning radius than the Mitsubishi utility vehicle which we recently purchased.

Subject: DAMAGED CUSHMAN
ON APRIL 21, 1995 1. HAD AN ACCIDENT WITH CUSHMAN
13. YOU ARE AWARE OF THE CIRCUMSTANCES.
I HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO CHECK THE DAMAGE TO THE SCOOTER AND AS I
THOUGHT, IT WAS EXTENSIVE. THE FRAME, THE FRONT-END, LINKAGES
AND COSMETIC SHEET METAL ALL ARE RUINED. ALONG WITH THESE DAMAGES
THE ENTIRE WIRING SHORTED OUT AND BURNT UP. I AM GOING TO JUNK
THIS CUSHMAN AND USE IT FOR PARTS. IT IS NOT FEASIBLE TO REPAIR
THIS UNIT. IT WOULD COST TO MUCH.
THIS CUSHMAN WAS A 1989 YEAR MODEL AND IN GOOD CONDITION. WE
USED IT FOR THE ARNORY'AND STADIUM. WE ARE NOW SHORT ON
EQUIPMENT AND DESPERATELY NEED A REPLACEMENT. `COULD YOU CHECK ON
A SPECIAL ALLOCATION. WE WILL NEED ABOUT $15,500.00.
