BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The attached Exhibit A recaps the proposed changes and the reasons the changes are being recommended. The majority of the changes are necessary in order to comply with the regulations of EPA and the Regional Water Quality Control Board. FUNDING: Not applicable. yil I � C-3.4 Jack L. Written statements may be filed with the City Clerk at any time prior to the hearing scheduled herein, and oral statements may be made at said hearing.
