BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The City will receive approximately $784,000 from the Federal government under the CDBG Program for the 95-96 fiscal year. To be eligible for funding, projects must meet one of three national objectives: 1. To address the needs of low and moderate income persons. 2. To eliminate a slum or blighted condition. 3. To resolve an urgent need.
