BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Improvements at Century Meadows One, Unit No. 1, Tract No. 2570, have been completed in substantial conformance with the requirements of the Improvement Agreement between the City of Lodi and Lewis Homes of California, dated May 11, 1994, as shown on Drawings No. 92DO60 through 92D066, and as specifically set forth in the plans and specifications approved by the City Council. The streets to be accepted are as follows: Streets Length in Miles Meadowbrook Drive 0.21 Carriage Drive 0.14 Poppy Drive 0.02 Jasmine Way 0.07 Centennial Drive 0.05 Total New Miles of City Streets 0.49 Since this item was placed on the agenda, staff has determined that certain corrective work needs to be deferred until warmer weather this summer. Acceptance of the subdivision should be conditioned upon receipt of satisfactory security in the amount of $3,500 for this work. FUNDING: Not applicable. ac L. City Manager CACCEPT2.DOC 01/189C5 -1 RESOLUTION NO. 95-04 -------------------- -------------------- A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL ACCEPTING THE DEVELOPMENT IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDED IN THE IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT FOR CENTURY MEADOWS ONE, UNIT NO. 1, TRACT NO. 2570 WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE CORRECTIVE WORK TO BE PERFORMED DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS ----------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------------- The City Council of the City of Lodi f inds: 1. That most requirements of the Improvement Agreement between the City of Lodi and Lewis Homes of California, for the improvements for Century Meadows One, Unit No. 1, Tract No. 2570, have been substantially complied with. The improvements are shown on Drawings Nos. 92DO60 through 92D066, on file in the Public Works Department, and as specifically set forth in the plans and specifications approved by the City Council on May 11, 1994. 2. That certain corrective work needs to be deferred until warmer weather this summer. 3. City requires satisfactory security in the amount of $3,500.00 for this corrective work. 4.
