HomeMy WebLinkAboutAgenda Report - January 18, 1995 (87)OF Q CITY OF LODI COUNCIL COMMUNICATION AGENDA TITLE: Recommendation to Expand the Information Superhighway Task Force MEETING DATE: January 18, 1995 PREPARED BY: City Clerk RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council approve the recommendation of the Information Superhighway Task Force to expand from five appointed members to seven, and that the City Council make the appointments as indicated below. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: At its meeting of January 5, 1995, the Information Superhighway Task Force voted to recommend to the City Council that the Task Force be expanded from five appointed members to seven. The Task Force sees the need for active input from the Lodi Unified School District and from King Videocable. Therefore, it is recommended that the City Council concur with the following appointments: Information SiMe h-Ighway Task Force Ken Jones, Director of Information Technology, Lodi Unified School District Del Heintz, General Manager, King Videocable FUNDING: None required.
