HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 2023-290RESOLUTION NO. 2023-290 A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL APPROVING 2023 GROWTH MANAGEMENT ALLOCATIONS FOR THE LAKEHOUSE HOTEL/RESIDENTIAL PROJECT AT 2201 WEST TURNER ROAD WHEREAS, the City's Growth Allocation Plan and Resolution No. 2023-41 require the City Council to review requests for new residential projects to determine whether the project should be issued Allocations for new residential growth; and WHEREAS, under the City's Growth Management Plan and Process, the City Council considers Growth Allocation requests early in the review and approval process and before the project itself is considered for approval; and WHEREAS, the project is located at 2201 West Turner Road (APN 015-640-09); and WHEREAS, all legal prerequisites to the adoption of this Resolution have occurred. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lodi City Council does hereby approve a 2023 Growth Allocation for the proposed project, Lakehouse, for 150 Units as follows: Requested Recommended 2023 Allocations 2023 Allocations Lakehouse Project 150 High -Density 150 High -Density Dated: December 20, 2023 I hereby certify that Resolution No. 2023-290 was passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Lodi in a regular meeting held December 20, 2023, by the following vote: AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS — Bregman, Hothi, Nakanishi, Yepez, and Mayor Craig NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS — None ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS — None ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS — None OLIVIA NASHED City Clerk 2023-290
