A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY
COUNCIL CONFIRMING THE ELECTION OF
THE MAYOR PRO TEMPORE
WHEREAS, reorganization of the City Council takes place at the first regular
meeting in December each year; and
WHEREAS, during the reorganization, an election is held by the Council as a
whole by nomination and vote for the positions of Mayor and Mayor Pro Tempore; and
WHEREAS, at its meeting held December 6, 2023, Cameron Bregman was
elected to serve as Mayor Pro Tempore for a one-year period.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lodi City Council that Resolution
No. 2023-275 is hereby adopted confirming the election of Cameron Bregman as Mayor
Pro Tempore of the City of Lodi for a one-year period; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its passage.
